At my heaviest, I was over 450 pounds. I know what it feels like to start over — to fail, restart, and wonder if change is even possible. That’s why I built the Keep Moving Method — a structured system that helped me lose 225 pounds and keep it off for good. Now, I coach others through the same process, step by step, so they can rebuild their strength, mindset, and momentum — without giving up their lives to do it.
