Hey There! My name is Jordan Larralde. I am the founder of Keep Moving Fitness and a dedicated coach on a mission to help others transform their lives through movement, mindset, and real food. My journey started at 452 pounds, and in just 15 months, I lost 220 pounds naturally—no gimmicks, no shortcuts. I cut out junk food, processed food, and added sugar, and committed to walking every day for the first 75 days. That simple decision changed everything.
In 2024, I joined my first gym and spent the year training hard to reshape my body. Now, at 230 pounds, I’m ready to coach others on their fat loss journey. I know firsthand what it takes to break through the struggles, and I’m here to show you that it is possible to change your life with determination and consistency.
